Shutter Island (2010)

Thriller-noir based on a nut house on an island. Great concept, good film just slighlty predicatable.4/5

Lethal Weapon 3 (1992)

Enjoyable but not in the same league as the first two.Average.3/5

Teen Wolf (1985)

I loved this as a kid, I love it now.Michael J Fox is superb.Dated but enjoyable is you remember the 80s.3/5

Red Dragon (2002)

Great prequel with star studded cast.Dark and disturbing and a half decent ending 4/5

New Moon (2009)

Slow moving and slightly more pointless than Twilight, there is a plot somewhere, maybe they saved it for the trilogy. Avoid it if you can. 2/5

Sherlock Homes (2009)

Robert Downey Jnr steals the show in this back-to-form Guy Ritchie movie. Very original and intriguing but not as well scripted as we'd hoped. Good but not great. 3/5

Point Break (1991)

Absolute class! Action at its best. Keanu is perfectly cast alongside Swayze. One of my top 10 films.5/5
