The Incredible Burt Wonderstone (2013)

Heard good things about this, and it felt in parts like a Farelli/Cohen type affair mixed with Dodgeball and Blades of Glory.  Jim Carey was awesome, but unfortunately his character was not used enough.  Average, but not magic. 3/5

The Conjuring (2013)

Fans of this type of camcorder horror making will lap it. It screams of Amityville and many other classics but it does have some scary moments.3/5

Scary Movie 5 (2013)

Oh dear! This is as bad as you would expect. It has one or two gags that are genuinely funny but not enough to carry this film. But I like the franchise so why not just go with it. 2/5

Oblivion (2013)

It's like Wall-E meets District 9 meets Space Odyssey.  And to be honest, not as good as either of them.  The FX are interesting and it has its own visual style.  It's baron, isolated and Tom Cruise is always pretty solid in whatever he does.  Worth a watch but does not live up to the excitement. 3/5

I was expecting a Statham staple.Instead I got some nun shagging,drawn out,long winded pointless Robin Hood London love drama.Weird and shit.1/5

Olympus Has Fallen (2013)

This is Under Siege meets Die Hard but not as good as either of them. It is cheesy & action packed and outrageously patriot! AMERICA!!! 3/5

The Purge (2013)

Interesting concept. With a bleak view of crime in the future.Has terror,suspense and creepy masks (who doesn't like creepy masks?). Some annoying bits but I actually really enjoyed this.3/5
